New York Comic Con

In October of 2017 Carola (and Sigmund) went to Comic Con New York. They had tickets for Friday and Sunday of the event. New York Comic Con had its first edition back in 2006 and over the years it grew out to be the biggest comic con of the East Coast. Ever since its first edition in 2006 the event is held in the Jacob K. Javits Convention Centre in Midtown/Hell's Kitchen, New York City.  In 2017 more than 200000 people made their way to the Javits Convention Centre to indulge themselves in the world of Comics, Cosplay, Anime, Manga, Videogames, Toys, Movies and TV.  Guests included big names like: Mark Hamill ("Star Wars" franchise), Elijah Wood ("Lord of the Rings" franchise), Lana Parrilla ("Once Upon a Time), Ryan Hurst ("Sons of Anarchy", "The Walking Dead", Norman Reedus ("The Walking Dead"), Michael Rooker ("The Walking Dead", "Guardians of the Galaxy"), Peter Capaldi ("Dr Who"), Bruce Campbell ("The Evil Dead"), Felicity Jones ("Rogue One"), Ricky Whittle ("The 100", "American Gods"), Sean Gunn ( "Guardians of the Galaxy"), William Shatner ("Star Trek" franchise), Theo Rossi ("Sons of Anarchy") and lots more!
